A few of our recent finest hours have included:

  • Establishing a powerful leadership development training function – a team helping colleagues to achieve transformational changes at work through its catalogue of over 40 offering

  • Implementing a revolution in the way Appraisals were positively delivered and perceived – no mean feat considering how challenging appraisals are in public sector organisations where there is little money for development or funding

  • Designing and establishing a successful internal coaching pool – our approach was unique as it was free from hierarchy with over 150 colleagues at all level accessing and valuing coaching. We also enabled our pool to work across organisational boundaries through collaboration with our GM neighbours

  • Completion of an organisational cultural diagnostics project – planned, facilitated, delivered, and validated from start to finish within a very quick 2 months, including some trust wide engagement events with colleagues, Execs and the Board

  • Supporting and delivering major organisational change – including assisting the leadership team with strategy and implementation, engaging with colleagues via large scale events and surveys, assisting HR colleagues in shaping and managing the change, and 1:1 support through formal and informal coaching and mentoring

  • Achieving Investors in People accreditation for multiple organisations – leading on the assessment process and ensuring that we were positioned confidently to achieve the standard

  • Building a high quality internal OD consultancy - a highly valued team recognised for their OD knowledge and professional ability, their skilful delivery, their compassionate approach to challenging and supporting individuals and teams, their fab coaching ethos, and heaps and heaps of integrity!
